Counselling - For one Rate $105/hr
​We will find a balance between the complexity of topics and the time we take to work through them.  We do this by defining what are the vital areas to cover, what is your availability, your personal resources, and your time-frame goals.
My role will be to maintain that balance between the goals we identify, an ideal time-frame, what comes up unexpectedly but is relevant, what develops unintentionally that has an impact, and tangents that may be interesting but not related to current goals.
 
I will regularly consult with you to ensure we are moving toward where you want to be.
Need something urgently?
For something urgent, relatively easy to define, and that you just want to run by someone who can be objective;
1 or 2 sessions - Define, determine goals, find direction or solutions through an active solution-focused process with me as a sounding board.
Need something to build a foundation onto?
Recommended Counselling format (a guideline is 5-10 hours)

Session 1 – Starting point

  • Where are you at now and how did you get there?

 

Session 2 – Goals

  • More about where you want to be and how you will get there.

 

Session 3 – Communication (this is a big one, it may take two sessions)

  • What can you say differently to help you reach your goals?

 

Session 4 – Behaviours (this is also a big one, and may take two sessions)

  • What can you do differently to help you reach your goals?

 

Session 5 – Review

  • What works, what needs work - a plan for flying solo, or for support with further development

 

Weekly sessions are recommended to reap the benefits of remaining connected to fresh ideas and discoveries, but we can make any frequency and number of sessions work to suit you in any case.

Recommended Life Coaching format (a guideline is 15-20 hours)

Session 1 – Starting point

  • Where are you at now and where would you rather be?

 

Session 2 – Goals

  • Getting to the core of your dreams, where they come from and why, and what this really means for the weeks ahead.

 

Session 3 – Obstacles

  • What could possibly get in the way and let's prepare and plan for it ahead of time.

 

Session 4 – Action-Planning

  • Micro-goals, priorities, actions, details, lists, checks, accountability, the groundwork.

 

Session 5 – Motivation and Inspiration (Highly recommended)

  • This is for life changes, how will you keep this dream alive every day?

 

Session 6 – Time Management (Highly recommended)

  • Know how you use your time, how it could be done better, how and what you need to change to to ensure you are getting the most out of this time and experience.

Further sessions are dedicated to checking in and reworking the plan so that it is always clear, current, working well, and producing results.  If there is something not quite right, we will readily go back to the drawing board until it is.  This process will depend on the size and complexity of your original goals, and what has eventuated since and during the process of this program.

 
Walk and Talk - For one Rate $75/hr
Share your thoughts, uninterrupted, on a 40-50 min walk (plus light stretching)
